The Golden Cleat is hiring reliable Sales Associates who are passionate about our brand. Providing exceptional customer service is at the core of The Golden Cleat. We are looking for team players who are friendly, considerate, easygoing, and have a good measure of common sense and maturity. Our store operates seven days a week year round and we are currently looking for sales associates able to work part-time or full-time now (August) through the holidays. Availability January through March is optional. Candidates must be dependable and available to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
As a sales associate, your core focus will be serving customers, performing daily store tasks and following procedures related to store operations. There are additional skills that you will have the opportunity to learn through on-the-job training. You will receive coaching and guidance in a supportive work environment and all necessary tools, materials, and equipment will be provided. Your compensation will be adjusted as you master these valuable skills.
- Jewelry fabrication (various techniques)
- Product photography (various types of merchandise)
- Creating product pricing "recipes" in Google Sheets
- Creating and organizing products in Shopify (website & POS)
- Preparing inventory reports and forecasting future sales
- Creating new inventory orders based on past reports & forecasts
- Laser engraving and laser soldering jewelry
